Lots of things happening this summer, with just one little post to plug them all. First, as you can see, I’m experimenting with some graphical and organizational changes to the site, as we need a way to display the site’s pages that’s a little more attention-getting than the sidebar list. For now, we have what you see on the site now.
Second, you should know that Tor.com has gone live, and is now a full-on fiction/community site featuring stories by the likes of Charles Stross and posts by the likes of John Scalzi. One new post by gaming veteran Bruce Baugh even calls my Vampire: The Requiem opus, Damnation City, “amazing.” Thank you, Bruce.
At the end of this month, I will be teaching a portion of Wofford College’s stellar-looking Shared Worlds course, along with the likes of Jeff VanderMeer and Tobias Buckell. I’m nervous and excited in equal measure. As you might imagine, Damnation City is part of my lesson plan.
Finally, I am quietly (and without permission) leaking a bit of news that Jeff hinted at earlier. You can see what I mean, for now, by reading this page.
